Ticked off, and seen
They tick it off when it's finished, and the admin sees progress across the whole workspace.
Stamped by the teammate, seen by the admin
Two roles. One shared board.
Write a task as the admin and hand it to someone. Then switch to Arjun and move his work along. The board changes with who's looking.
Admins can assign work to anyone and see every ticket on the board.

Create your workspaceQuestions, answered
What's the difference between an admin and a user?
Admins set up the workspace, create tasks, assign them to anyone, set deadlines and priorities, and see progress across the team. Users join with an invite, add their own tasks, see what was assigned to them, and tick work off as it gets done.
How do my teammates join?
The admin invites them. Once they accept, they sign up as a user and land straight in your workspace.
Do I need a card to start?
No. TaskFlow is free for small teams, and signing up never asks for a card.
How long does setup take?
Under a minute: your name, email, a workspace name and a password. You can assign your first task straight after.
